Position Summary: We are hiring REMOTE REGISTERED NURSES in the capacity of Clinical Call Center RN's. The clinical call center RN is instrumental in ensuring our patients receive quality care via telemedicine. The nurse will triage call center patients based on acuity, respond to clinical call center phone calls and support education efforts for patients. This is a remote (work from home) position, however incumbents must be comfortable with coming onsite in Bronx based locations as needed. Minimum Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required. NYS Licensed Registered Professional Nurse 1-2 years of direct clinical experience in a primary care environment working with adults and/or children. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Previous experience/expertise using electronic health records is a must. Ability to thrive in a telemedicine environment. Key Duties: Triages patients based on acuity and ensure they are seen within a timely manner. Answers clinical calls from variety of settings, including hospitals, pharmacy, department of health, and call center agents. Follows up with RPM patients to assess acuity based on vitals. Assists Clinical Call Center Medical Assistants with clinical guidance and support. Other duties as assigned by Director of Clinical Call Center.
