What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a passionate and data-driven Consumer Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will play a crucial part of the HealthTap product and marketing team focused on driving consumer engagement and retention. In this role, your main objective will be to grow and retain key consumer segments through compelling marketing that drives product engagement. Your responsibilities will include designing, implementing, measuring, and iterating on lifecycle strategies and marketing campaigns across the consumer lifecycle through multiple channels including email, SMS and push notifications. In addition to building consumer facing communications, the Consumer Lifecycle Marketing Manager will also report on campaign metrics, make actionable recommendations based on data, and partner closely with cross functional partners to create delightful customer experiences.

What Will You Do?
- Drive growing conversions while making sure our consumers are loyal, engaged, and satisfied!
- Gain a deep understanding of HealthTap's customer journey to develop and execute automated lifecycle marketing journeys and one-off campaigns across all CRM channels (including email and SMS) to increase subscriber retention and renewal rates.
- Own the day-to-day execution of marketing programs including writing high quality copy, building, scheduling, testing and reporting
- Identify consumer profiles, build targeted communications and custom CRM activities based on segment performance.
- Create email segmentation and content personalization strategies by leveraging user behavior/intent, activity data, demographics and other industry-specific data.
- Will produce and ship emails and push notifications as independently as possible
- Collaborate with cross functional teams like product, design, and other stakeholders to improve user flow and proactively identify content and user experiences that fuel subscription growth.
- Collaborate with Product and Data team to regularly design and execute A/B tests and experiments to drive core KPIs and increase team knowledge
- Monitor the health of the email and SMS channels, ensuring best-in-class policies, list hygiene, and deliverability
- Optimize onsite acquisition and customer funnel, and ensure message consistency and brand voice across all channels
- Lead complex initiatives in a fast-paced ‘startup-like’ environment to drive flawless, on-time execution.
Qualifications
- Experienced copywriter
- 5+ years experience growing subscription products, from building and expanding the funnel, optimizing subscriber experience and conversion, price testing as well as improving retention and reducing churn
- Proven experience building email campaigns end-to-end (including basic HTML & CSS knowledge) with an understanding of email marketing best practices
- Experience conducting A/B tests and turning results into insights that can be socialized and presented across key stakeholders
- Demonstrable experience planning and executing programs particularly adoption, cross-sell, and up-sell and an understanding of marketing tactics like events, e-mail, advertising, and in-app messaging
- Passionate about audience segmentation and targeting across all phases of the customer lifecycle
- Demonstrated analytical ability to leverage data to inform insights, formulate recommendations and deliver actionable solutions.
- Proficient with Excel and analytics tools like Google Analytics and Amplitude
- SQL experience a plus
- Exceptional communication and project management skills
- Ability to take initiative and lead projects while maintaining a collaborative approach
- Experience in healthcare marketing is highly preferred

- Obsessed with customer experience!
- Remote-friendly, U.S. locations strongly preferred, and Bay Area or West Coast presence is a nice to have
