We are looking for a seasoned, data-driven search marketer to accelerate Ro’s SEM program and support the aggressive growth goals of our different care verticals. You will be responsible for a significant portion of our SEM keyword portfolio, ad copy library, and bid strategies. This role will report to the Director, SEM, and will work closely with care vertical leaders to grow our different business units, support new initiatives and launches, and test products within the Google/Bing ecosystems. You will partner closely with product, data, design, and internal policy teams to pressure test and evolve our keywords, ads, and landing pages over time. What You’ll Do: Lead Paid Search (SEM) strategy and execution for one or more business units (care verticals), with day-to-day responsibilities including campaign optimization, bid management, budget allocation, performance monitoring, testing, etc. Partner with care vertical Growth Leads and GMs to execute on new initiatives and product launches, and ongoing tests and optimizations Collaborate with landing page and conversion optimization teams to drive iterative testing of landing pages, and SEM specific conversion flows Work with marketing and content teams to test and iterate our ad portfolio, ensuring all ads are optimized for conversion and align with brand guidelines Develop and refine operational processes with the wider SEM team, sharing learnings and cascading wins to other SEM accounts when appropriate Align with medical and legal teams on any policy or regulatory changes, updating the SEM funnel as needed Flex across Google and Bing to test new features and products and establish parity between platforms where warranted What You’ll Bring to the Team: At least 5-7 years of experience as an SEM operator with a deep understanding of the Google/Bing ecosystem Strong analytical skills, with prior experience unpacking learnings from tools like Google Analytics, Omniture, Mixpanel, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for performance SEM copy Experience with landing page testing and funnel optimization Near pixel-perfect attention to detail Comfort in collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment You are hard-working, get along well with others, and don’t mind dad jokes Bonus Points: Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker Understanding of basic machine learning/data science principles Background in multivariate testing Experience with other parts of the Google Marketing Platform Benefits + Perks: Full medical, dental, and vision insurance + OneMedical membership Healthcare and Dependent Care FSA 401(k) with company match Unlimited PTO Wellbeing + Learning & Growth reimbursements Paid parental leave + Fertility benefits Pet insurance Student loan refinancing Virtual resources for mindfulness, counseling, fitness, and physical therapy We welcome qualified candidates of all races, creeds, genders, and sexuality to apply.
