Learn more at www.lifestance.com. ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced operations leader for an exciting role in integrated behavioral healthcare. This individual will lead the operations team responsible for coordinating care between medical and behavioral health teams. The Operations Manager will also be tasked with keeping operational processes running smoothly and troubleshooting when issues arise. The ideal candidate for this role is someone with outstanding customer service skills; the ability to motivate and train with enthusiasm, kindness, and professionalism; an eye for detail; and nimble problem-solving skills.
