As a Product Manager, you will direct our team’s expertise and energy on the highest impact problems our customers face in performing and interpreting ultrasound exams, and in making clinical decisions. In addition to helping define and shape the products we build, you will work collaboratively with the engineering, design, clinical, and regulatory teams to guide product development through execution, deployment, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Understand customer and market needs: Identify and prioritize customer needs and monitor market landscape to inform the product strategy.
• Define product scope: Translate customer needs into product requirements and roadmaps for existing or new products, with input from cross-functional teams.
• Drive execution: Lead teams to build products through development, user testing, regulatory clearance, and commercial release, with responsibility for ensuring that product releases successfully meet users needs and are delivered on time
• Product Evaluation: Test the product with target users, synthesize the feedback and integrate it into product development
• Measure success: Define product metrics and analyze progress against those metrics to evaluate and optimize the success of the product.

Requirements:

• You have 3-5 years of product management experience in a technology and/or healthcare setting (both is a plus).
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent, or a clinical academic background - an MS/MBA is a plus.
• You are experienced with product management methodologies including techniques for customer needs identification, effective roadmap planning, and data analysis.
• You are customer-centric, hypothesis-driven and have a bias for action - you design experiments to test out hypotheses and learn from customers, and can point to work experiences where you have done that.
• You value and actively seek multiple perspectives and viewpoints to inform your analysis.
• You are a sharp critical thinker, have strong interpersonal skills, and can communicate your ideas effectively.
• You have demonstrated an entrepreneurial bias in your work or hobbies and are excited at the prospect of joining a start-up.
• Experience with any of the following is a plus: healthcare regulated environment, medical imaging in the cardiovascular or thoracic space, or complex software systems
