You will own core parts of our software platform, helping patients manage their care experience and health data (e.g., telehealth visits, chat, scheduling, health data management, operational tools, patient outreach, care program management). Responsibilities Lead a product squad. Partner with design, engineering, QA, stakeholders, and customers to help define success and drive results. Influence organization and squad goals. Minimum qualifications Experienced: 2+ years of direct experience as a product manager of enterprise or consumer software products. Led and executed the product process from start-to-finish many times. Experienced with problem and solution space practices. Results-driven: Detail-oriented problem solver with a strong bias for getting stuff done. Able to balance competing needs and constraints, prioritize most impactful problems to solve, and drive measurable results. Superior communicator: Focused, insightful, and succinct; able to speak with anyone, from engineers to doctors to executives, in a compelling manner. You have advanced social-emotional skills. Entrepreneurial: You are comfortable operating with ambiguity, change, and unending problem solving. Strategic and analytical: Structured, incisive thinker able to define games that are winnable. Seamlessly switch from market-level strategy to product-level metrics to make decisions. Design sensible: Able to collaborate with designers in the problem and solution spaces. Able to provide data and insights, creative ideas, and think critically about design decisions. Technically fluent: You might not be able to code but you understand how software products are designed and built, and how they work. You can understand complex technical concepts and explain them simply to non-technical people. Bonus points Experienced in healthcare: Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with a healthsystem or clinical operations. Analytical skills: Proficient in SQL, analytical techniques and tools, and data engineering. User research skills: Experienced with qualitative research techniques. Advanced technical skills: Deep understanding of complex enterprise software and consumer web applications; experience with post-sale solution delivery. Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Design or related field or equivalent of a combination of education and relevant work experience.
