ABOUT THE ROLE
To enrich our Talent Acquisition team, we are looking for a passionate Talent Sourcer Tech to join us with a focus on tech roles. Be a part of a fast-growing international healthtech company digitalizing healthcare and move things forward with your great team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO :
- Develop outstanding sourcing strategies and optimal sourcing processes to attract high-talented candidates for our company
- Define audiences/personas to reach out to potential talents from different departments (especially Tech, Product etc.) with customized messaging to ensure a great response rate
- Build a robust candidate pipeline of top talent through multiple sourcing channels
- Approach candidates directly with the best strategy, give deeper insights into the role / about Ada Health and convert them to the next Recruiting stage, which is typically an interview with the responsible Talent Acquisition Partner and contribute to create an excellent candidate experience
- Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies for a variety of complex roles
- As an expert, screen the market and identify where we have potentials, build-up / extend our Talentpool in our ATS (Greenhouse) and attract them / start networking as well as update with company news
- Track and report top of funnel activities to facilitate data-driven decision making
- Collaborate very close with all of your stakeholders and act as a Talent Sourcing Expert within your team
WHAT YOU WILL BRING :
- Proven experience in direct search for tech roles ideally in a fast-growing tech company
- Active sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and approaches from setting up a structured search, screening the market, evaluation candidate potential as well as a customized approach of talents
- A track record for successfully identifying, qualifying, and attracting exceptional high-talented especially passive candidates
- Expert in building and using a variety of sourcing tools, including internet research, boolean search strings, sourcing platforms, and cold outreach
- Organized and detailed oriented to keep our ATS up to date as well as professional in written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Empathic and creative person, who is an outstanding team player
- Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and experience working in a data-driven recruiting environment with the ability to track and understand key metrics (response rates, conversion rates etc.)
- Fluent in English
